Maps, postcards, diaries, souvenirs and other travel-related objects are part of this new exhibit about Frederick County. Find out why people visited the county over the past 300 years and discover some of the attractions that were tourist favorites. Frederick Countians were by no means homebodies, they liked to travel as well. See where they went and what they thought of their excursions both within and outside of the county. Exhibit opens June 30 2009 and will remain on display through 2010. For more information, or museum hours go to http://www.hsfcinfo.org
